THE WORLD YOUTH OUTREACH MINISTRY

In Him is life, and the life is the light of men (John1.4)

The World Youth Outreach Ministry is formed in July 2008 as a division of the Asiainstitut of Management to provide equal education opportunities for youths aged 16 to 25 regardless of race, color, national origin, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or marital status in the world.

Selected youths will be given the opportunities to apply for the Emmanuel Scholarships (tuition fee only) funded by the World Youth Outreach Ministry to pursue the Diploma of Business Administration course through the Asiainstitut of Management, AM School of Business Studies (AMSBS). The main objective of the course is to provide youths and young adults the conceptual and competency skills to solve problems within a multi-disciplinary business environment.

It also provide youths and young adults the opportunities to pursue their own interests in which are essentially business degree programs. They will graduate with the skills and knowledge which we expect to be in high demand as the world enters the next century. Graduates find careers in general management, and in the fields of accounting, finance, human resource management, marketing and/or an extension in their existing professional areas in engineering, computing etc.

The Diploma of Business Administration is also designed for youths and young adults who wish to have the opportunities to gain direct admission into the University of Canberra's degree programs and are concerned about coping in the normal university environment, then the Asiainstitut of Management, AM School of Business Studies (AMSBS) offers for both local and international students alternative programs. All programs are registered and approved by the Ministry of Education, Singapore since 2000.

On successful completion of the Diploma of Business Administration, students will be granted direct entry into the second year of the University of Canberra’s Bachelor of Business Administration program. As such, the duration of study for both the Diploma and Degree will be 3 years only:

Year 1             Year 1: University Preparation Program, Diploma of Business Administration

Year 2: University of Canberra, Bachelor of Business Administration

Year 3: University of Canberra, Bachelor of Business Administration

Students can opt to study either in Singapore or Canberra campus for the Bachelor of Business Administration program offers by the University of Canberra.

For those students that have successfully completed the University Preparation Program: Diploma of Business Administration and would like to continue their studies in Canberra campus, they can also pursue other degree programs (for examples, Bachelor of Business Informatics, Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Economics, Bachelor of Management, Bachelor of Sport Management or Bachelor of Communication (Advertising and Marketing Communication,  Public Relations, etc).
