AMSBS in collaboration with the Academy of Professional Aestheticians (APAes) offer the Joint AMSBS and APAes Qualification Programs: University Preparation Program (Diploma of Business Administration) and Certified Practising Aesthetician Qualification (CPAes Qualification). Successful selected applicants will be given full scholarships to pursue the CPAes Qualification. Commencing in 5th January 2009 (1 year full-time  intensive classes).

Emmanuel Undergraduate Bursary Award and Financial Assistance Scheme for Graduates from Singapore Polytechnic, Ngee Ann Polytechnic, Nanyang Polytechnic, Temasek Polytechnic and Republic Polytechnic only.

The UC-YJC Emmanuel Scholarship for students and ex-students from yishun junior college (YJC) to pursue the University Preparation Program (UPP): Diploma of Business Administration.

The 8th University of Canberra's Graduation Ceremony in Singapore will be held on the 29th November 2008  - Hilton Hotel, Singapore.

The date for University of Canberra's Convocation will be on 17th December 2008 for the Faculty of Business and Government at 10am.

University of Canberra athletes in the Beijing Olympic Games 2008 had won two gold, one sliver and three bronze medals.

AQUA (Australian Universities Quality Agency) audited AM on the 25th September 2008.
